Weezzz

Terms of service

Last updated October 2026

Template notice: this is the platform's standard terms, published so customers and partners can read them before signing up. Have your legal advisor review it before relying on it commercially — regulatory requirements differ per market.

1. Who we are

“Weezzz”, “we”, “us” — the operator of the weezzz.com platform, which provides virtual card issuing for personal accounts and a card-issuing API for business (merchant) accounts.

2. Your account

3. Card issuing, balances and fees

4. Acceptable use and fraud rules

You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, for money laundering, or to attempt to spend beyond your available balance. Repeated attempts to transact far beyond your balance — or repeated declined attempts — are treated as abuse: the platform may temporarily freeze a card on the first offence and permanently disable it on repeat offences, and may restrict API access.

5. Suspension

We may suspend an account, a card or API access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, a legal requirement, or a breach of these terms. Temporary blocks are lifted automatically when the review window ends; permanent blocks remain until we decide otherwise.

6. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact support from your account panel.
